Whether you are a patient, relative or carer, we ask that if you do encounter any problems at our practice, however small, please let us know.  Your comments and feedback is very important to the quality and standard of services we provide and any feedback will help us.

If possible, please inform us of your comments or concerns while you are at the practice. You are also more than welcome to write to the Practice Manager in order for him to investigate any concerns that you may feel the need to raise.
